These terms apply to the use of the incaso.md website. By using the website, you accept them. Personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, and cookies by the Cookie Policy.
1. Who we are

2. What you will find on the website
Information about INCASO and our services for creditors and debtors, news, online payment of debts, the complaint form and the personal data request form. The information on the website is general in nature and does not replace the written communications we send you in connection with your case; in the event of any discrepancy, the latter prevail.
3. Use of the website
- Online payment and the forms may be used by persons who have reached the age of 18 or by their legal representatives.
- The data you enter in the forms must be true and must belong to you, or you must have the right to submit it.
- It is not permitted to attempt unauthorised access to the website or to other people’s data, to send malicious software, to overload the website with automated requests, or to use the forms for advertising or abusive messages.
- We may restrict access for those who break these rules.
4. Copyright
The texts, images, logo and graphics of the website belong to INCASO or are used with the consent of their owners. You may view them and share links to them; copying them or using them for other purposes requires our written consent.
5. Online payment
- Payment is made by bank card (Victoriabank) or via PayPal, on the secure page of the bank or of the processor. The card data is processed exclusively by the bank or the processor; INCASO does not receive or store it.
- The payment is recorded in the case file once the bank confirms it. You receive the proof of payment (the receipt or the bank’s confirmation) from the bank; on request, we will also send you a confirmation.
- INCASO never asks you, by e-mail, phone or messages, for card details, passwords or confirmation codes. If you receive such a request in our name, do not reply and let us know.
- If you have paid a wrong amount, paid twice or paid into another case, write to us at info@incaso.md or call +373 22 89 66 65, quoting the case number and the date of payment.
6. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the way we have treated you or with the way your case is being handled, file a complaint. You get its number right away; you receive the acknowledgement of receipt within 5 working days, and the final answer within 15 working days, in accordance with NCFM Regulation no. 25/6.
7. Links to other websites
The website contains links to websites that we do not control (social networks, banks, authorities). Their operators are responsible for their content and their privacy rules.
8. Liability
We strive to keep the website running without interruption and the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, free of errors or technical interruptions. We are not liable for damage caused by use of the website contrary to these terms or by interruptions beyond our control. This does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is always this one, with the date at the top of the page.
10. Applicable law
The legislation of the Republic of Moldova applies. Disagreements are first resolved amicably (complaint, discussion); otherwise, the courts of the Republic of Moldova have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also apply to the consumer protection authority.
