INCASO has taken over the management of the FORZA portfolio
The largest debt management company in the Republic of Moldova is officially taking over the management of the portfolio of the non-bank lending organization FORZA (OCN “Credits 2 All” SRL).

What this means for FORZA clients
For FORZA clients, the takeover does not involve any change to existing contractual rights and obligations. All legal relationships continue in conditions of full transparency, and clients will be informed directly about how to communicate and manage their obligations.
The transaction was reviewed by the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova, within the legal procedures applicable to operations of this type.
