Personal data requests
Here you can exercise your rights over the personal data processed by INCASO. You get the request number right away; you receive the answer free of charge, within one month at most.
Your rights
- Access — find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Rectification — we correct inaccurate data or complete it.
- Erasure — we erase data that is no longer needed or that has been processed without a legal basis.
- Restriction — we temporarily stop the processing, for example while we check data you have contested.
- Portability — receive the data you have given us in a commonly used electronic format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest or to direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw the consent you have given, for example for marketing messages.
- Automated decision — ask for a person to intervene in a decision taken automatically.
Time limit for the answerOne month at most from receipt of the request. If the request is complex, the time limit may be extended by two months at most; we will let you know, with the reasons, within the first month.
Confirming your identitySo that we do not give your data to someone else, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we answer (for example, by phone or at our office).
